Tattoo Program mentioned by President Bill Clinton during his Target Markets Key Note Address
In a successful effort to tie his Baltimore speech to what Target Market members do, President Clinton visited the Target Programs website. What he found was an extensive list of hard to place risks from crane riggers to roofer to tattoo shops. He then prominently mentioned the tattoo program, which PPIB is well known for within the Target Markets community. President Clinton said he wondered how you price coverage for a tattoo shop.
