Our founder Susan Preston even launched a nonprofit to set industry standards, because if you’re going to do something, do it right.
By 1995, the tattoo world came knocking. We didn’t flinch, we opened the door. Then the medispa and laser crowd showed up in 2000 wanting coverage for Botox, fillers, and peels. Instead of winging it, we got in the room with doctors and laser experts, learned the craft, and built coverage that actually made sense. Those forms and best practices? Still in use today.
